Personal Data Protection Policy (KVKK)

As Mia Global, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) in order to ensure the security of personal data, fulfill our legal obligations and protect the rights of data subjects. This Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared to explain our data processing procedures, data security principles and the rights of data subjects.

1) Purpose of the Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to define the principles regarding the collection, storage, processing and protection of personal data processed by Mia Global in compliance with the Law, and to ensure that the rights of data subjects are protected.

2) Scope

This Policy covers the personal data of all natural persons who in any way come into contact with Mia Global, including customers, visitors, suppliers, business partners and job applicants.

All data obtained through the website, contact forms, contracts, proposal processes, digital channels and operational activities are evaluated within this scope.

3) Principles of Processing Personal Data

Mia Global processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:

  • Being accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date,
  • Processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,

  • Project and Operational Information: Technical requests, project details, contract and proposal information

  • Financial Information: Invoice and payment information (for corporate customers)
  • Visual and Audio Data: Camera recordings (during facility visits)
  • Requests and Feedback: Contact forms, support requests

5) Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Mia Global takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data, including:

  • Regular penetration tests and security audits,
  • Staff training on confidentiality and data protection,

8) Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698, data subjects have the following rights:

  • To learn whether their personal data is processed,
  • To request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom their data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of data under the conditions set forth in the Law,
  • To object to any result arising against them from the analysis of data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To claim compensation for damages in case they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

9) Application Method

Data subjects may submit their requests regarding their rights using the methods announced by Mia Global. Applications are finalized within a maximum of 30 days.

10) Policy Updates

Mia Global may update this KVKK Policy in line with legislative changes and operational requirements. The updated policy becomes effective as of the date it is published on our website.
